THE EXTRAORDINARY SYNOD of the Bishops has closed its doors, but the local churches now keep working till the final document which will be coming out after the ORDINARY SYNOD of the Bishops, which will take place next October. The Church takes all its time to reflect on the situation of the family in modern times. The Church has no deadlines; it is working for the good of humanity for many centuries to come. The ultimate goal it to find what God wants from our generation.

POPE FRANCIS continues to remind us of the plight of so many people, victims of poverty, injustice and persecution. At VERANO CEMETARY on Saturday he insisted on remembering not only the saints and the deceased, but especially those who are now dying of poverty and injustice. The powers of the world cannot forget millions of people who are excluded from this planet.
